Refund policy

Aiken has  a 7-day return policy for a refund.  Up to 14 days after purchase, Aiken allows a return for store credit.  No returns are allowed after 14 days.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.
